YOTEL x MINDFRESH: A NEW WAY TO MEDITATE

During my trip in NYC I had the pleasure to stay at Yotel New York, an affordable modern Hotel in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen, just a few blocks walking distance from Times Square.

Besides the fact that I absolutely loved this spaceship-hotel’s design and concept, what excited me most about this collaboration was that I could experience the in-room Mindfresh Mindful Videos service. If you know me, I’m a huge fan of meditation and mindfulness. It’s such an important part of my life and I always try to incorporate a few moments of “tuning in” in my everyday routine.

After endless hours being in airports and on flights, what I needed most when arrived in NYC was to decompress and relax.

I could listen to the Evening Meditation directly in my tv’s room and it helped me so much calming down and falling asleep.

These are a few images I snapped in Times Square during the trip. The hotel was so close to it (literally 12 minutes walking) that I could pass by daily.

In such a frenetic and chaotic scenario, I was so glad I could just STOP for a few minutes and find my peace again thanks to the Mindful Video Series available at my hotel.
