This month I was invited to spend some time in the luxurious Fours Seasons Dubai. It was a dream of mine to visit one of the Four Seasons resorts, and the location on Jumeirah beach exceeded my expectations.
Before having lunch, we enjoyed a welcome drink on the beach overlooking the Arabian Gulf. I obviously chose Coconut juice!
SEA FU RESTAURANT IN DUBAI
“Chic, modern and located right on Jumeirah beach: this is Sea Fu Restaurant, where fresh seafood meets Asian influences.”
We chose an outdoor table to better enjoy the beachfront view, but dining inside is possible as well (you’ll need that Air Conditioning in the hottest Dubai months!)
The staff was incredibly helpful and guided us through the best specialties of the menu; they were all very attentive to details and took an amazing care of us during the whole lunch.
The most innovative plate I got to try was indeed the WAGYU BEEF ROLL, which combines meat and fish in the same recipe. It has a truly unique and interesting taste.
You can have a closer look at the menu here.
Fresh Wasabi
For the first time, I was served fresh wasabi on the table and I have to admit the taste is completely different and feels much “healtier”!

The Japanese gelato: mochi ice cream
We ended our lunch “in style” trying out Mochi, the Japanese ice-cream, which was introduced to me in Dubai as well. I must warn you: Mochi is like a drug, once you try it you’ll constantly crave it! It’s one of the most delicious things I’ve ever tried.
Here at Sea Fu we tasted black sesame, matcha green tea and mango Thai basil mochi ice cream. Unforgettable!

After lunch we had fun exploring the luxurious pools and the relaxing beach of Four Seasons:
The resort was incredibly quiet and had a very relaxing atmosphere: a true oasis just a few minutes from the vibrant (and often chaotic) Dubai!
The interiors were (obviously) incredibly decorated, and the Arab influence clearly melts into the Spanish-Mediterranean design sublimely. You can find luxurious touches everywhere and you feel like walking in between the past and the future of Dubai itself.
The perfect ending to a perfect day: enjoying the stunning Dubai sunset right on the beach.
If you want to dine at Sea Fu restaurant in Dubai, there’s news for the ladies! Now Tuesday nights are dedicated to women with the “Hello Kitty Ladies Night”! For AED 125 ladies can enjoy a three-course set menu, sip on a glass of sweet pink Hello Kitty bubbles by the beach, and dance to DJ beats from 7PM-10PM. So keep it in mind 🙂
As always I hope I inspired you to travel and explore different, new cultures! Let me know if you liked the pictures 🙂
